Cancellations, Refunds And Exchange Policy:

Upto when can you file return request:

  • You can place a return request within 3 days of order delivery. However for missing product the replacement request should be raised within 24 hours of recieving the shipment
  • Every return request should be placed with a video proof that should be done while unboxing Your shipment(Must).
  • Once filed, the return request will be reviewed by Moments With Kaustav for approval.
  • After approval, the pickup of the product will be arranged through our courier partners.
  • If our reverse pickup service is not available at your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed by Moments With Kaustav
  • After the product is received, it is verified against your claim, and accordingly, a Replacement process is initiated. Please note that the replacement item will be of the same product which was ordered primarily.

 

Conditions for filing a exchange request:

Replacement are accepted under the following cases –

  • Wrong Product – Wrong size
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged Product – Physical damage/ Tampered product or packaging
  • Wrong Quantity – Missing Products/ Parts

 

Conditions under which replacement requests will not be accepted:

Replacement requests will not be accepted under the following cases –

  • If the Products are No Longer Required
  • If Products are Altered/ Used
  • If the Product is Returned without Original Packaging
  • If the Serial Number has been tampered
  • For Damaged/Missing product that is reported after 3 day of the delivery

 

Categories that are not eligible for replacement:

Each and every Products hosted for sale on the shop page qualifies for Replacement other than the digitally downloadable files.

 

Time limit for placing a Replacement request:

Replacement request of the Product(s) should be initiated within 3 days of Order Delivery for the Wrong product. However, under the following conditions, Request should be filed within 24 hours of Delivery:​

  • Missing Items
  • Damaged product

To file a replacement request, please email us at photos@momentswithkaustav.com as soon as the ordered is delivered with unboxing video(must).

Initiation of the pick up:

Once your request to replace an order is approved, a pickup will be initiated. Once a replacement is approved for pickup, an email will be sent to the registered email id for pick-up-related details. Please keep the product ready with all tags & accessories. Kindly ensure proper packaging to avoid any damage during transit. Please take care of the following points, while packing your product for Pickup –

  • The product should not be used/altered/ tampered
  • Keep the original price tag & packing slip intact
  • Mention the Order Number on the box
  • Take a video/picture of the returning item/packing.
  • Mention the Order Number/Delivery Address on the package, before handing over the packet to our Pickup executive
  • Keep the Courier Company’s receipt for tracking purposes

Please Note – Moments With Kaustav shall not be liable for any incidental defect/damage etc.

In case of Non serviceable area for pick up:

If our reverse pickup service is not available at your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The return address will be notified to you in a separate email, along with the packaging instructions and required documents.
In the case of Self-Shipment, Moments With Kaustav will reimburse your courier charges (up to Rs.300) in form of a Bank deposit. Please take care of the following-

  • Mention the Order number/Delivery Address on the package, before handing it over to the Courier Representative
  • Attach and send the courier receipt to photos@momentswithkaustav.com
  • Track your Return Shipment on the Courier Company’s Website

 

What if the order delivered is not needed:

We are sorry to inform you that we don’t have any return and refund policy for a product which is not required by the choice of the customer.

However if you have recieved a product which is mismatching from your order placed, damaged or bend during the transit and prior to delivery you can file a replacement request as mentioned earlier.

Recieving of the returned product by Moments With Kaustav:

You will receive an email from us within 24-48 Hours of Pickup, along with the Tracking details. You can track the package on the Courier Company’s website. After receiving the product at our center we will again notify you of the same.

Time takes to replace an order:

We initiate the replacement within 3 working days of receiving the product at our center post verification.

Cancellation of an order placed:

After placing the order, You can cancel the order within 3 hours if you wish to. And in case of requesting a refund, 100% value of your order will be processed through the same mode within 7 working days.

Refunds against return:

No refunds are processed under any circumstances, we only provide exchange provided that the conditions are satisfactory as mentioned above.
